Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Security Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security operations or business development, including managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational activities effectively.
