Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR devices, IP cameras, and networking.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and IP configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
• A valid driving licence will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IP and Analog CCTV camera systems.
• Perform CCTV camera installation, cable laying, testing, and commissioning.
• Configure DVR/NVR systems and ensure proper recording functionality.
• Monitor CCTV systems and identify technical issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV cameras, recording devices, and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems.
• Configure network settings, IP addresses, switches, and routers related to CCTV systems.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend suitable CCTV surveillance solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all CCTV systems operate efficiently, securely, and according to company standards.
