Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Certificate or training from a recognized institute relevant to administration or the job scope.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lease administration and documentation.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a reputed organization will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the banking or finance industry is preferred.
• Good organizational, documentation, and record management skills.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Collecting, filing, and dispatching all mandatory facility-related records and documents to the Head Office.
• Preparing supplier payment documentation accurately and submitting it on time.
• Handling the delivery of documents to customers.
• Updating company systems with accurate customer and transaction information.
• Following up on assigned arrears contracts on a daily basis.
• Maintaining registers and ensuring all records remain updated.
• Performing the duties of a relief cashier whenever required.
