Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed service-oriented organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in an additional foreign language will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
