Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed service-oriented organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for international patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international patients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and support departments.
- Assist with scheduling, patient inquiries, and service coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the hospital’s international patient services and business objectives.
