Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Marketing Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in business development and commercial growth.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Novo Nordisk pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Lead business planning initiatives to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
• Coordinate closely with principals and key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement effective business development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and strengthen partnerships with healthcare professionals and business partners.
• Ensure sustainable business growth while maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism.
