Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or institute.
Professional membership in CIPM.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
At least 2 years of experience must be in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity.
An MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Thorough knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, systems, and best practices.
Drive the performance management process and foster a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and accountability.
Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Support the implementation of strategic plans, organizational development initiatives, and change management programmes.
Coordinate payroll-related activities with the Finance Division and external service providers.
Manage office facilities, assets, contracts, and service providers to maintain a productive work environment.
Oversee administration functions to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
