Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of three (03) years’ proven experience in Gold Loan services.

• Sound knowledge of gold loan procedures, compliance standards, and risk management practices.

• Oversee and manage end-to-end gold loan operations at the branch level.

• Drive business growth by consistently achieving assigned gold loan targets.

• Ensure absolute compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and strict operational standards.
