Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Or a related discipline

OR

• A professional qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualifying experience at Junior Executive or Executive level in a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, development, and troubleshooting of IT applications and systems.
• Support IT-related penetration testing activities and vulnerability assessments.
• Coordinate with software vendors and external service providers.
• Provide helpdesk and technical support services to internal users.
• Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and information security improvements.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset records.
• Participate in technology-related projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to IT operations and projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure.
• Understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.

General Requirements

• Applicants should be below 40 years of age at the closing date of applications.
• Age restriction does not apply to Government Sector applicants.
• Experience or qualifications in insurance, regulatory organizations, research institutions, or cybersecurity-related fields will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy are essential.
• Candidates who clearly demonstrate the required qualifications and competencies will be shortlisted.

Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary and Allowances (Per Month)

• Basic Salary: Rs. 156,050.00
