Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant qualification in Graphic Designing, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Preliminary Certificate in Marketing (SLIM/CIM) will be a definite advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of overall experience, including 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of web design technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, below-the-line (BTL), and print media.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity guidelines across all communication materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.
• Contribute to operational activities within the Marketing Department.
• Participate in staff engagement initiatives, branch activities, and corporate events when required.
• Maintain high service standards by adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver high-quality outputs within specified timelines.
• Conceptualize and present creative ideas aligned with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Organize and manage design files and assets to support efficient collaboration and version control.
