NDB Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Supply Chain Finance Operations function. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end operational processes, client onboarding, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management while supporting the growth and efficiency of the Supply Chain Finance business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, supply chain finance, trade finance, or financial operations within a banking environment.
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain Finance from ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), CTFP, or LIBF will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Supply Chain Finance platforms and banking transaction systems.
• Experience in ERP integrations and financial operations management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and execute business strategies, operational plans, and objectives relating to the Supply Chain Finance business.
• Manage segment and product portfolio performance to support business growth targets.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of Distributor Finance and Supplier Finance transactions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of customers onto the TradeLinc platform.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and submission of GL/PL transactions in line with policy requirements.
• Implement and maintain risk control practices across all Supply Chain Finance products.
• Act as the primary operational contact for anchor clients and ensure effective issue resolution.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate TradeLinc with customer ERP systems.
• Enhance transaction efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, and audit procedures.
