Qualifications & Experience

• Full or part qualification in Banking from IBSL.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in consumer assets or retail banking products.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing loan products and financial services.
• Sound understanding of credit evaluation and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive housing loan sales to achieve assigned targets and contribute to portfolio growth.
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property developers.
• Generate referrals and support repeat business opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management.
• Provide recommendations and insights to improve business performance.
