Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL) is a major downstream petroleum storage and distribution service provider operating bulk storage terminals and facilities island-wide for several energy sector partners including CPC, Lanka IOC, Sinopec Sri Lanka, and other organizations.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field recognized by the UGC
  AND
• Full professional qualification from:
  • ICASL
  • ACCA
  • CIMA

with a minimum of 4 years post-qualifying experience in a government, semi-government, or commercial organization.

Common Requirements

Candidates must additionally possess:

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification by ISACA
  OR
• Diploma in Information Systems Security, Control & Audit (DISSCA)
  OR
• Similar recognized qualification

AND

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP-SAP systems

Key Responsibilities

Information Systems Audit

• Conduct audits of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications
• Evaluate IT controls, access management, and disaster recovery procedures
• Assess data security and system-generated reports
• Review IT governance and compliance practices

Operational Audit Support

• Review automated controls and workflows
• Analyze operational data and identify control weaknesses
• Assess monitoring and reporting systems

Financial Audit Support

• Audit ERP modules and financial applications
• Review automated financial controls and audit trails
• Conduct data analytics to identify unusual financial transactions

Risk & Internal Control Review

• Identify IT-related risks
• Support development of risk-based audit plans
• Evaluate internal control mechanisms

Reporting & Follow-up

• Prepare audit programs and reports
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Conduct follow-up reviews for corrective actions

Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale

Rs. 198,625 – 5 x 2,650 : 10 x 3,490 – 246,775
