Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Qualified in G.C.E A/L
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of claims procedures and legal practices
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage
• High attention to detail and technical accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Handle motor claims from initiation to settlement, including out-of-court negotiations
• Prepare claims assessments for review, approval, and risk analysis
• Maintain accurate claim records and system documentation
• Safeguard company interests during claims handling and represent the company when required
• Ensure adherence to internal service standards
• Provide feedback reports with statistical analysis
• Assist in claims management tasks assigned by supervisors
