Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pawning transactions including acceptance, valuation, and release of pledged items
• Enter and maintain accurate transaction records in the system
• Ensure safe documentation and safeguarding of pawned items
• Handle renewals, redemptions, and part payments efficiently
• Deliver professional customer service and manage customer inquiries
• Maintain reports and records for audit and monitoring purposes
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Promote pawning products to achieve branch targets

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes for Mathematics and English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pawning services and gold assessment
• Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage
