Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for quality inspections, product testing, GMP compliance, sanitation monitoring, and maintaining food safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tests on in-process and finished product samples according to SOPs and work instructions
• Handle syrup preparation and chemical preparation activities
• Inspect goods and delivery vehicle conditions upon arrival
• Monitor cleaning, sanitation, and CIP of lines, equipment, and dispatch vehicles
• Test incoming raw materials and packaging materials
• Maintain GMP standards and housekeeping practices in production areas
• Ensure strict control over HACCP CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs
• Analyze shelf-life samples and provide feedback to the Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food and beverage industry
• Ability to work shifts and extended hours when required
• Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email
• Age below 35 years
