Job Overview

The selected candidate will support international sales operations by managing buyer communications, coordinating export-related activities, handling product launches, and supporting revenue growth across assigned international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and operational requirements of buyers
• Coordinate orders, shipments, payments, and new product developments
• Work closely with Production, QA, R&D, Procurement, Logistics, and Brand Marketing teams
• Handle product launches, marketing, promotional requirements, and A&P budget allocations
• Support revenue growth and profit targets in assigned international markets
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reviews

Qualifications

• Degree in International Marketing and/or fully or partially qualified in CIM/SLIM
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing international key accounts or buyers in an export-oriented company
• Experience working with SAP or ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Good presentation and numerical skills
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic marketing environment
