The selected candidate will oversee the overall operations of the manufacturing factory, including production planning, workforce management, quality assurance, cost control, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing factory operations
• Manage production planning and operational workflows
• Handle labour and workforce management
• Ensure quality assurance and food safety compliance
• Monitor cost control and operational efficiency
• Supervise export operations and documentation processes
• Coordinate ERP-related business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience in distribution and export operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and business processes
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and operational management skills
