This site-based opportunity is ideal for highly experienced engineering professionals with expertise in quality assurance and highway construction projects.

📍 Project Location: Central Expressway Project III – Phase 2

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• BSc in Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university
• Registration with ECSL and membership/registration with IESL with a valid registration number
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Highway and Major Roads sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with modern technological advancements will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliant management systems and drive continuous improvements
• Prepare and approve project Quality Plans, ITPs, and procedures
• Lead and coach the QA team while ensuring inspections are conducted according to project quality standards
• Monitor construction activities and provide technical guidance to site teams
• Establish and enforce quality control action plans to minimize defects and rework
• Manage NCR systems and ensure timely corrective actions
• Organize and follow up on internal and external quality audits
• Ensure all quality documents and records are accurate and audit-ready
• Provide relevant technical solutions and support to project teams
