Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Guiding, monitoring, supervising, and tracking Site Managers and Project Managers
• Ensuring projects adhere to approved programs, budgets, quality standards, and cost efficiency
• Taking immediate corrective actions to resolve project deviations and issues
• Ensuring project profitability and timely completion
• Driving business growth by securing new clients and projects

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university

AND

• Membership of IESL (Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka)

Work Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong track record in managing detailed engineering activities

Skills & Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Ability to manage both short-term and long-term projects effectively
• Strong supervisory, planning, organizing, communication, and personnel management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Leadership and team management capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness with focus on profitability and cost control
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the country
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management

Salary

• Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
