Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Prior experience in solar PV installations will be considered an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of solar inverters, PV modules, and mounting structures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Sri Lanka when required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations while ensuring quality and safety standards
• Support the preparation of system designs, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Assist the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team in monitoring system performance and conducting maintenance activities
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities related to solar PV systems
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain accurate project logs, progress reports, and commissioning documentation
• Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards during project execution

Required Skills

• Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical engineering concepts
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and within project teams
• Attention to detail and technical documentation skills
• Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
