Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the higher education sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and self-motivated personality
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Batticaloa region
• Experience in student recruitment, brand promotion, or educational marketing will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and student recruitment strategies for the campus
• Promote ICBT Campus programs and educational services within the region
• Build relationships with schools, students, parents, and educational stakeholders
• Conduct promotional campaigns, presentations, and awareness activities
• Support student enrollment targets and business growth initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective marketing operations
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Maintain strong customer engagement and brand visibility within the region
