Qualifications & Experience

• Good communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• Interest in procurement, supply chain, and purchasing functions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Suitable for undergraduates or school leavers seeking industry exposure in procurement and supply chain operations

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
• Support purchase order processing and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• Maintain procurement records and reports
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely supply of materials
