Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates must currently be working as a Branch Manager or Cashier
• Strong understanding of operational management and compliance procedures
• Experience handling customer service and operational issue resolution
• Ability to manage staff placements, transfers, and centre staffing operations
• Knowledge of betting operations and payout management will be advantageous
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
• Submission of all educational certificates is required for shortlisted applicants

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities while maintaining efficiency and compliance
• Oversee daily operations including centre openings and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with departments to support management plans and business operations
• Resolve operational, betting, and customer-related issues
• Manage staff placements, transfers, and centre staffing levels
• Handle bet approvals, cancellations, payouts, and high-value payments
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding outlet fund requirements
• Support new centre setups and investigate operational issues or scams
• Provide race results during system breakdowns
• Supervise regional and zonal managers
