Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and supporting POS systems to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Coordinating with showroom teams to troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Supporting promotion configurations and sales data management
• Maintaining and updating showroom location databases and system records
• Monitoring system performance for the NOLIMIT Circle loyalty platform
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining:
  • Computers
  • Printers
  • IT equipment

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of:
  • POS systems
  • Networking
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with:
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Windows operating systems
