Key Responsibilities

The Investigation Officer will be responsible for:

• Conducting investigations related to plantation and estate activities
• Preparing investigation reports and documentation
• Coordinating with management and relevant departments
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assisting with disciplinary and operational investigations
• Handling field-level inquiries and incident reporting
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Supporting plantation administration activities when required
