Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in identifying relevant training courses for staff categories
• Supporting training program rollouts
• Deploying global assessments and evaluations
• Monitoring course completion progress
• Preparing regional and local reporting
• Administering courses through the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Documenting and collating information for monitoring and review purposes

• Ability to communicate effectively through:
