Job Overview

The HR Intern will support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, employee documentation, HR database management, and general HR administrative functions while gaining practical exposure to Human Resource operations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in recruitment and selection processes including CV screening and interview coordination
• Supporting onboarding and employee documentation processes
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Assisting with attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities
• Supporting employee engagement and welfare initiatives
• Providing general administrative support to the HR department

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Following a degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
