Key Responsibilities

The Production Operator will be responsible for:

• Handling brewing and processing floor operations according to defined production plans
• Supporting brewing executives in delivering final products for packaging
• Maintaining plant hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety standards
• Assisting daily operational activities within the brewery
• Coordinating with:
  • Brewing Executives
  • Brewing Assistants
  • Quality Assurance teams
  • Engineering staff
• Contributing toward achieving overall production goals

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• G.C.E A/L qualifications in:
  • Science stream
  • Mathematics stream
• Diploma or Higher Diploma from a recognized technical institute in:
  • Quality Management
  • Food Science
  • Biotechnology
  • Related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Manufacturing industry
  • Food & Beverage industry
• Experience working with ISO systems
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Positive and energetic personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work on shifts or roster basis
