About the Role

The Principal will provide strategic and visionary leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning while fostering a positive academic culture. The selected candidate will oversee staff development, school discipline, operational management, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to improve academic excellence and student achievement
• Empower and guide staff to achieve institutional goals and educational excellence
• Create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for students, staff, and stakeholders
• Foster accountability and collaboration among academic teams
• Lead onboarding and integration of new staff members

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Proven experience in a senior academic leadership role (such as Vice Principal or Principal)
• Strong knowledge of curriculum management and educational standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to academic excellence
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Additional language skills will be an added advantage
