About the Company

Neil Marine, operated under Neil Fernando & Co (Pvt) Ltd, is a Sri Lankan marine services company involved in marine-related operations and equipment handling services.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8.15 AM – 5.30 PM

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Operating a 25 Ton mobile crane safely and efficiently
• Supporting lifting and loading operations
• Ensuring equipment is handled according to operational safety standards
• Conducting basic equipment checks before operations
• Coordinating with site teams during crane operations
• Maintaining safe working practices during lifting activities

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating mobile cranes
• Experience with 5–10 ton cranes will be considered an added advantage
• Trainees who have successfully completed a Mobile Crane Operating Course are also encouraged to apply
• Good understanding of crane safety procedures and operational handling
