Your Role Will Involve

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting ship handling and marine service operations to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of marine services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with shipping agents, vessel operators, and key clients
• Coordinating with port authorities, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient service delivery
• Managing operational and regulatory documentation, including service records and compliance requirements
• Handling billing, payments, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records
• Providing on-site support during port operations, inspections, and client interactions

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 5+ years of previous experience in ship handling, logistics operations, port-related activities, marine services, or operational coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills with shipping agents and port-based institutions
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Strong operational coordination and client handling skills
• Knowledge of shipping and marine operational procedures will be advantageous
