Your Role Will Involve

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing material flows and daily operations at the Material Recovery Facility
• Ensuring proper handling, processing, and value addition of waste materials according to operational standards
• Implementing Health & Safety measures and supervising operational staff
• Managing client relationships, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Coordinating logistics, transportation, and internal departmental collaboration
• Maintaining operational, productivity, and compliance reports
• Supporting smooth day-to-day facility operations

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience; experience in waste management will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in foreign communications will be considered an added advantage
• Strong teamwork and coordination abilities
• Willingness to travel and work within the waste management sector
