Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support tailored to each child’s developmental and learning needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and specialists to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support students in achieving academic, social, emotional, and behavioral goals
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Apply child-centered teaching strategies and positive reinforcement methods
• Encourage student confidence, participation, and personal growth
• Maintain effective communication with parents and academic staff

Required Qualifications and Experience
