Assistant Key Accounts Manager

Job Description

Richardson Outdoor (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Key Accounts Manager to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for client portfolio management, business development, campaign coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through:
  • New business development
  • Client retention
  • Upselling activities
• Ensure monthly collection targets are achieved with accurate reporting and documentation.
• Manage and develop assigned client portfolios while identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the renewals team to ensure timely contract renewals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure communication accuracy.
• Execute advertising campaigns from briefing to completion.
• Prepare data-driven post-campaign reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business
  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Related field
• 1–3 years of experience in:
  • Key account management
  • Sales support
  • Marketing
  • Media industry
• Outdoor advertising industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong skills in:
  • Data management
  • Reporting
  • CRM tools
  • Sales processes
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially:
  • MS Excel
  • Dashboards
  • Reporting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
