Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage communications within SLA timelines
• Resolve client complaints and identify root causes while implementing preventive actions
• Deliver excellent customer service and improve overall customer experience
• Retain and grow the client portfolio through cross-selling and lead generation
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements
• Support reporting and analysis, including customer satisfaction tracking and management presentations

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Marketing
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a bank or financial institution
• Experience in client servicing or relationship management preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Part qualifications in CIMA, CIM, IBSL, or ACCA will be an added advantage
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel for client meetings
