Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, QA, R&D, and Production teams
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules according to operational changes
• Ensure availability and efficient utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, and WIP inventory
• Minimize dead stock and maintain proper inventory control practices including FIFO
• Coordinate management of expiry-sensitive and blocked materials
• Prepare and analyze production reports including plan vs actual performance and capacity utilization

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Professional qualifications in Lean Manufacturing or CILT will be an added advantage
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling principles
• Good understanding of ERP systems, MRP planning, forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling
