Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all QHSE activities across project sites and permanent locations
• Provide technical support for financial audits
• Conduct performance and compliance audits
• Prepare QHSE guidelines, procedures, and supporting documentation
• Conduct internal QHSE audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Promote and strengthen QHSE culture among site teams
• Develop and improve QHSE systems in line with ISO standards
• Investigate incidents and contribute to emergency preparedness
• Prepare method statements, codes of conduct, and safety plans for tenders
• Manage project insurance processes including claim coordination and review

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Diploma in Construction Safety
• Strong QHSE experience in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects
