Job Description

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring financial efficiency across construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, tender documents, invite tenders, and evaluate bids
• Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and clients for cost-effective agreements
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
• Conduct quantity take-offs for accurate cost estimation and billing
• Analyze maintenance and repair costs and recommend cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management within the construction industry

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
