Job Description

DOP Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a growing construction and engineering company in Sri Lanka, engaged in building construction and renovation projects. The company manages projects from initial design to final handover, delivering practical and reliable solutions to clients.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising workers, and ensuring all construction work is carried out in line with approved plans and safety regulations. The role requires strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project plans and safety standards
• Monitor site progress and report to management
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Maintain discipline and ensure quality control on-site
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Willingness to work on-site
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
