Job Description

The Operation Assistant will support logistics and shipping operations, handling documentation, coordination with authorities, and shipment-related processes to ensure smooth import/export activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate CUSDECS through the system for import/export shipments
• Coordinate with government authorities and institutions for logistics matters
• Handle import/export documentation and processes
• Generate invoices for shipment-related services
• Follow up with clients and stakeholders on logistics operations

Candidate Requirements

• Passed G.C.E A/L
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office packages
• 1–2 years experience in shipping or logistics (preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in English
