Job Description

The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for handling purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of materials to support uninterrupted business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all local purchasing requirements
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices, delivery & payment terms
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and consumables
• Maintain proper supplier records and documentation
• Coordinate with factory management and departments for procurement needs
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing across operations

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in ISMM / Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Around 1 year experience in local purchasing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with high responsibility
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems
