📋 Job Description

The Junior Account Executive will assist in daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support senior accountants in ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role offers practical exposure to accounting systems like QuickBooks and real-world financial workflows.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts
• Handle daily payments and financial transactions
• Support preparation of invoices, vouchers, and receipts
• Manage bank-related tasks and official documentation
• Assist with administrative accounting duties
• Support senior accountants in daily operations
• Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) for data entry and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Currently pursuing AAT, CMA, or similar qualification
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks (added advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
