📋 Job Description

As the Senior Manager – Research, you will lead the research division, delivering high-quality financial insights, equity research reports, and strategic investment analysis to institutional and global clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall research strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the research team
• Oversee sector coverage including:
  • Telecommunications
  • Banking
  • Retail
  • Renewable Energy
  • Macro Economy
• Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and valuations
• Prepare research reports, market updates, and investment recommendations
• Monitor market trends and economic developments
• Build relationships with listed companies, investors, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities in institutional and foreign segments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data accuracy standards

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics / Finance / related field
• Professional qualifications such as CFA / CIMA / ACCA (full or partial) (added advantage)
• 3–4 years experience in equity research / corporate finance / macroeconomic analysis
• Strong expertise in:
  • Financial modelling
  • Valuation techniques
  • Investment analysis
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams
• Experience working with institutional or international investors (preferred)
