As a Call Center Associate, you will handle customer interactions via phone, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining professional communication standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards
• Record and update customer information in systems
• Work efficiently within assigned shifts and targets

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates living in Colombo District are preferred
• Good communication skills (Sinhala & English)
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts and rosters
• Basic computer knowledge
