📋 Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring excellent service at Dialog franchise outlets. This role requires strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Deliver excellent customer service at franchise outlets
• Assist customers with product/service-related issues
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Support daily outlet operations

🎯 Requirements

• School leavers are encouraged to apply
• Age below 30 years
• Good command of English and Sinhala languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and customer-focused environment

⏰ Working Schedule

• 🗓️ Monday – Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• 🗓️ Saturday: 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM
