Eco Engineer’s and Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to handle land subdivision and development processes. The role involves coordinating with surveyors, government authorities, legal professionals, and real estate stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant property development operations.

🎯 Requirements

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle subdivision of company-owned lands into sellable lots
• Coordinate with licensed surveyors for blocking out plans
• Obtain approvals from Local Authorities, UDA, Survey Department, etc.
• Work with lawyers/notaries for deeds and title documentation
• Liaise with real estate agents or manage in-house land sales
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal regulations (avoid illegal subdivision)

🧑‍🎓 Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Town Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field

🧑‍💼 Experience

• Minimum 3+ years experience in land development (Sri Lanka)

🧠 Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of UDA, Local Authority & Survey Department processes
• Good industry network (surveyors, lawyers, councils) 🤝
• Strong negotiation and project coordination skills
• Good communication skills
