As an Import Executive, you will handle import documentation, invoicing, and logistics coordination, gaining hands-on experience in sea & air freight operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process import documentation 📄
• Handle invoicing and shipment-related paperwork
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation
• Maintain organized records of import transactions
• Support daily logistics and freight operations

🎯 Candidate Profile

✔️ Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English
• Basic computer literacy 💻
• G.C.E O/L & A/L qualifications required

✔️ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a relevant field
• Experience in import documentation & invoicing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of EDI submission will be an added advantage
