This role involves managing full lifecycle implementations, working closely with clients, and delivering scalable business solutions across multiple industries including retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations (Discovery → Design → Configuration → Deployment → Support)
• Conduct business requirement analysis and map processes to Odoo modules
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as:
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Sales & CRM
  • Inventory & Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing (MRP)
  • HR & Payroll
• Collaborate with development teams for custom module development and integrations
• Manage data migration, testing, and user training
• Act as the primary client interface ensuring smooth delivery and adoption
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
• Contribute to pre-sales, demos, and solution design

🎓 Requirements

✔ Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementations across multiple industries
• Exposure to other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, and workflows
• Experience in Odoo customization, Studio, or Python development (preferred)

✔ Technical & Functional Skills

• Deep understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing)
• Experience with API integrations and data migration tools
• Knowledge of ERP deployment (cloud / on-premise)

✔ Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client engagement and consulting mindset
