🎯 Job Role

As a Purchasing Executive, you will manage procurement processes, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining operational efficiency.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing procurement for raw materials, packing materials, spare parts & R&D items 📦
• Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchasing 💰
• Maintain and update vendor & item details in ERP/NAV systems
• Prepare and process purchase orders ensuring compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams for order tracking 🚚
• Support Accounts in invoice verification and supplier payments
• Handle claims for damaged/rejected goods and coordinate replacements
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

🎓 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Management 🎓
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement or similar role
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems 💻
