Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Material Management, MCIPS, or a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing strategies and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage packaging material sourcing and procurement activities.
• Support new product development and product relaunch projects.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Benchmark market prices to ensure competitive material costs.
• Ensure timely deliveries and communicate delivery updates to planners.
• Support supplier development and sourcing risk mitigation efforts.
• Assist with category management and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor procurement compliance, inventory management, and reporting requirements.
